Ingredients Aval / Beaten Rice / Poha - 1 cup Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup Grated Jaggery - 1/4 to 1/2 cup (as required) Cardamon Powder - a pinch (optional) Preparation Method Mix together coconut, jaggery and cardamon powder with hands.
