Sweet Corn Cheese Balls is an easy to make and healthy tea-time snacks for kids. Ingredients Sweet Corn - 200 gms: Grated Cheese - 100 gms Potato - 2 nos: (boiled and mashed) Pepper Powder - 1 tsp Oregano - 1 tsp Corn Flour - 2 tbsp Salt - as required Refined Oil - as required Preparation Method Cook sweet corn for 4-5 mins: and allow it to cool. Crush sweet corn and transfer to a big bowl. Add mashed potatoes, pepper powder, oregano, corn flour and salt to the crushed sweet corn and mix well. Add grated cheese and mix well. Make small lemon size balls from the corn-cheese mix and keep aside. In a wok bring oil to heat. Deep fry each balls till golden brown. Remove corn balls from the oil and place in kitchen tissue to remove excess oil. The crispy outside and cheesy inside Sweet corn Ball is ready to enjoy..
