Sweet Corn Cheese Balls is an easy to make and healthy tea-time snacks for kids.
Ingredients
- Sweet Corn - 200 gms:
- Grated Cheese - 100 gms
- Potato - 2 nos: (boiled and mashed)
- Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
- Oregano - 1 tsp
- Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
- Salt - as required
- Refined Oil - as required
- Cook sweet corn for 4-5 mins: and allow it to cool.
- Crush sweet corn and transfer to a big bowl.
- Add mashed potatoes, pepper powder, oregano, corn flour and salt to the crushed sweet corn and mix well.
- Add grated cheese and mix well.
- Make small lemon size balls from the corn-cheese mix and keep aside.
- In a wok bring oil to heat.
- Deep fry each balls till golden brown.
- Remove corn balls from the oil and place in kitchen tissue to remove excess oil.
- The crispy outside and cheesy inside Sweet corn Ball is ready to enjoy..
