Bread-Banana Pola is easy to make kids friendly snack. It can be served as a snack or breakfast and can even pack as morning snacks for kids. Ingredients Bread - 12-15 slices Egg - 4 nos: Milk - 1/2 cup Sugar - 3 tbsp Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp Kerala Banana (Nendhran) - 2 nos: (ripe) Grated Coconut -1/4 cup Cashew - as required (finely chopped) Raisins - as required Ghee or Butter - as required Preparation Method Chop the banana and keep aside. In a pan heat 2-3 tbsp ghee and saute banana till it becomes golden brown in color. Add grated coconut, cashew, and raisins and saute for 2-3 mins: in low flame and keep aside. Cut the slides of the bread slices and keep aside the slices. In a wide bowl, whisk together egg, milk, sugar and cardamom powder till sugar completely dissolves.
