Ingredients All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 2 cup Mango Puree - 1 cup Walnut (chopped) - 1 cup Sugar - 1 cup (powdered) Egg - 3 nos: Baking powder - 1 tsp Baking soda - 1 tsp Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp (optional) Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp (optional) Refined Oil- 100 ml. Preparation Method Dust the chopped walnut with 1 tbsp maida and keep aside. Preheat the oven at 350 degree F. In a bowl mix together 2 cups of flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon powder. Beat together the eggs, vanilla essence and oil in a large bowl. Add dry ingredients slowly to the egg mixture and mix well. Add the mango puree and walnut and incorporate well with a wooden spatula. Grease loaf pan and pour the mixture.
