Ingredients
- All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 2 cup
- Mango Puree - 1 cup
- Walnut (chopped) - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 cup (powdered)
- Egg - 3 nos:
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Baking soda - 1 tsp
- Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp (optional)
- Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp (optional)
- Refined Oil- 100 ml.
- Dust the chopped walnut with 1 tbsp maida and keep aside.
- Preheat the oven at 350 degree F.
- In a bowl mix together 2 cups of flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon powder.
- Beat together the eggs, vanilla essence and oil in a large bowl.
- Add dry ingredients slowly to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Add the mango puree and walnut and incorporate well with a wooden spatula.
- Grease loaf pan and pour the mixture.
- Bake for 55-60 mins:, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Take the bread from oven and allow it cool in the pan for 10-15 mins:.
- Cut into slices and enjoy the delicious, crunchy home made Mango-Walnut Bread....
