Ingredients
- Dosa Rice - 3 cups
- Urud Daal - 1 cup
- Steamed Rice - 1/2 cup
- Salt - as required
- Wash and soak dosa rice and urud daal for 5-6hrs.
- Grind dosa rice, urud daal and steamed rice to make a fine batter.
- Keep the batter overnight for fermentation.
- Add salt to the fermented batter and mix well.
- Heat dosa tawa and keep the flame to medium.
- Pour a ladle full of batter to the non-stick tawa and spread from inside to outside in circular shape.
- When one side got cooked flip over and cook. (If you want you can apply some oil or ghee).
- Healthy and delicious dosa is ready to be served with sambar / chutney.
