Ingredients
- White Rice - 2 cup
- Egg - 1 no:
- Salt - a pinch
- Sugar - as required
- Oil - to fry
- Wash and soak the rice for 2-3 hrs.
- Grind together the rice and egg.
- Add some water if required. Batter consistency should be same as that of idly batter.
- Add salt to the batter and mix well.
- Add sugar and mic well (as much you need; if you don't want to add sugar avoid this step).
- In a pan bring oil to heat.
- Pour spoon full of batter to the oil and fry in medium flame, turning in between, till it become light brown.
- Remove from oil and your Muttassiru is ready to taste.
