Pineapple is an excellent source of antioxidant vitamin C and will stimulate digestion process. But, most of us are hesitant to eat pineapple. Then why can't we try fresh home made pineapple juice.
Ingredients
- Pineapple - 1 (ripped)
- Ginger - a small piece
- Sugar - 4-5 tbsp (optional)
- Ice cubes - as required
- Remove the skin of the pineapple and cut into cubes.
- In a blender add the pineapple cubes, ginger, sugar (if the pineapple is sweet, you can avoid sugar) and blend well.
- Strain the juice to remove the pineapple chunks.
- Add ice cubes to the serving glass and pour the juice to juice glass.
- Enjoy the healthy home-made Pineapple Juice.
