Pineapple Juice

Pineapple is an excellent source of antioxidant vitamin C and will stimulate digestion process. But, most of us are hesitant to eat pineapple. Then why can't we try fresh home made pineapple juice. Ingredients Pineapple - 1 (ripped) Ginger - a small piece Sugar - 4-5 tbsp (optional) Ice cubes - as required Preparation Method Remove the skin of the pineapple and cut into cubes. In a blender add the pineapple cubes, ginger, sugar (if the pineapple is sweet, you can avoid sugar) and blend well. Strain the juice to remove the pineapple chunks. Add ice cubes to the serving glass and pour the juice to juice glass. Enjoy the healthy home-made Pineapple Juice.

Mango Milk Shake

Its Mango season.... Then why don't we try Mango Milk Shake that can be prepared easily at any time with very less ingredients that are always available in our home!!!! Ingredients Ripe Mango- 1 no: (finely chopped) Chilled Milk - 1/2 ltr Sugar - 5 tbsp or as required Preparation Method Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend well. Pour the shake to a tall glass and garnish with chopped mangoes. The super cool delicious Mango Milk Shake is ready to serve.

Grape Juice & some snaps from Grape Farm visit

Last week-end we got a chance to visit a Grape Farm near to our place. Luckily, that was the grape harvesting time. We plucked grapes directly from grape plants, ate a lot there itself and bought more than 15Kg of grapes at an economical price. Now its grape time in our house - grape juice in the morning along with breakfast and grape wine will be ready in another 3 weeks !!!!!  Today I had no second thought about what to post....... Nothing else..... Its time for ' Fresh Grape Juice '. I am not specifying any measurements, because its up to you and the quality of grapes you are using.... Ingredients Grapes Sugar (optional) Water (optional) Preparation Method Simple..... Put the cleaned and separated grapes to the blender and extract the juice.
