Stuffed Chicken Rolls

  Ingredients All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 2 cups Sugar - 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter (in room temperature) - 3 tbsp Lukewarm Water -1/2 cup to 3/4 cup (as required) Active Dry Yeast - 1 tsp Boneless Chicken - 250 gms: Onion - 1 (finely chopped) Ginger - 1 tsp (finely chopped) Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder - 1 tsp Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp Soy Sauce - 1 tsp Grated Cheese - 3 tbsp (optional) Salt - as required Oil - 3 tbsp Preparation Method Add sugar and yeast to 1/4 cup lukewarm water; mix well and set aside for 10-15 mins or till the yeast start to bubble. Take flour in large bowl, add pinch of salt and combine. Add yeast mix to the flour and combine well. Knead well till a smooth dough is formed by adding more lukewarm water (dough should be bit loose than chappathi dough). Dinner Rolls

Bread-Banana Pola

Bread-Banana Pola is easy to make kids friendly snack. It can be served as a snack or breakfast and can even pack as morning snacks for kids. Ingredients Bread - 12-15 slices Egg - 4 nos: Milk - 1/2 cup Sugar - 3 tbsp Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp Kerala Banana (Nendhran) - 2 nos: (ripe) Grated Coconut -1/4 cup Cashew - as required (finely chopped) Raisins - as required Ghee or Butter - as required Preparation Method Chop the banana and keep aside. In a pan heat 2-3 tbsp ghee and saute banana till it becomes golden brown in color. Add grated coconut, cashew, and raisins and saute for 2-3 mins: in low flame and keep aside. Mango-Walnut Bread

Ingredients All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 2 cup Mango Puree - 1 cup Walnut (chopped) - 1 cup Sugar - 1 cup (powdered) Egg - 3 nos: Baking powder - 1 tsp Baking soda - 1 tsp Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp (optional) Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp (optional) Refined Oil- 100 ml. Preparation Method Dust the chopped walnut with 1 tbsp maida and keep aside. Preheat the oven at 350 degree F. In a bowl mix together 2 cups of flour, sugar,  baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon powder.  Beat  together the eggs, vanilla essence and oil in a large bowl.  Add dry ingredients slowly to the egg mixture and mix well. Add the mango puree and walnut and incorporate well with a wooden spatula. Eggless Banana Bread

Ingredients All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1.5 cup Banana (Robusta) - 2 overripe (you can also use 3 banana elachi) Sugar - 1 cup Thick Yogurt - 2 tbsp Baking powder - 1 tsp Baking soda - 1 tsp Salt - a pinch Vanilla essence - 1 tsp Cooking Butter(melted) - 5 tbsp Milk - 1/4 cup Dry Fruits (Raisins, chopped Cashew, Almon, Pista) - 1/2 cup (optional) Preparation Method Mash the banana with a blender or with your fingers. Preheat the oven at 350 degree F. In a bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Beat the banana pulp, vanilla essence, milk and butter together in a bowl. Add dry ingredients slowly to the banana mixture and mix well. Add dry fruits  (if using) and mix well Grease loaf pan and pour the mixture. Banana Bread

Banana Bread is a healthy tea-time snack and good travel companion. If you keep in a air-tight container, Banana Bread will stay for 3-4 days. Krusteaz Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients Krusteaz Banana Nut Bread Mix - 1 pkt Water - 160 ml Vegetable  Oil -  80 ml   Eggs -  2 nos:   Preparation Method Grease a bread tray and keep aside. Preheat the oven at 200 degree C. Mix water, oil, eggs and quick bread mix together in glass bowl  until moistened. Pour the batter into greased tray. Bake for 50-55 mins: or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Allow it to cool down in wire rack. Cut into slices and enjoy the Banana Bread as a snack.  Note: You can keep the Banana bread in room temperature for 3-4 days and if refrigerated it can use for 3 weeks.
