Tres Leches Cake

Tres Leches cake is a sponge cake soaked in three kinds of milk: evaporated milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream. Ingredients For Cake Maida / All Purpose Flour - 200 gms. (2cups) Corn Flour - 2 tbsp Oil -  100ml  Condensed Milk -  200 ml Milk - 200 ml Sugar - 100 gms. (powdered 1/2 cup) Baking Powder - 1 tsp Baking Soda - 3/4 tsp Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp For Soaking and Decorating the Cake Condensed Milk - 100 ml Evaporated Milk - 100 ml Double Cream - 100ml Whipping Cream - 300 ml Icing Sugar - 3 tbsp Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp Preparation Method Grease and dust a 9 inch square baking pan and keep aside. Preheat the oven to 180degree C. Sieve all-purpose flour, corn flour, baking powder, soda all together two times and keep aside.  Take sugar and oil on a large glass bowl and beat them well for 2-3 mins:. Eggless Banana Chocochip Cake

Ingredients Banana Robusta (ripe) - 2 nos: Maida / All-Purpose Flour - 2 cups Vegetable Oil - 3/4 cup Sugar - 3/4 cup Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp Salt - a pinch Chocolate Chips - 1/2 cup Preparation Method Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 10 mins: Grease 9-inch baking tray with butter or oil and dust with flour and keep aside. Sieve together maida, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; keep aside. Add bananas to a mixing bowl and mash well with a fork. Add oil and sugar (I used brown sugar) and with the help of a whisk mix well till the sugar dissolve completely. Gradually add dry ingredients (maida mix) to the wet ingredients and with the help of a spatula combine well. Add 1/4 cup chocolate chips to the batter and mix well. Whole Wheat - Banana - Chocolate (No Egg, No Butter) Cake

Ingredients Banana Robusta - 3 (ripe) Whole Wheat Flour (Atta) - 1 cup Cocoa Powder - 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil - 1/2 cup Sugar - 3/4 cup Milk - 1/4 cup Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp Salt - a pinch Preparation Method  Sieve together wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; keep aside. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 mins: Line baking tray with butter paper and keep aside. To a mixer jar, add banana, vegetable oil, sugar, and milk; blend without any lumps. Transfer the banana mixture into a mixing bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture; combine using a spatula and prepare a smooth batter. Transfer the batter to the lined baking tray and tap the tray 2-3 times. Eggless Butterless Strawberry Cake

I prepared this special strawberry cake without using egg and butter. To make it more healthy instead of maida I used wheat flour. The cake was as soft and moist as we prepare with egg, butter and maida. Try and enjoy :) Ingredients For the cake Wheat Flour - 1.5 cup  Fresh Strawberry - 15-20 nos: Milk - 3/4 cup Sugar - 3/4 cup (powdered) Oil - 1/2 cup  Baking Soda - 1 tsp For the Icing (optional) Whipping cream - 100 gms: Fresh Strawberry - 8-10 nos: Preparation Method Baking the cake Preheat the oven to 180 degree C. Grease the baking pan with oil and dust with little flour.  Crush the strawberry using a spoon or fork and keep aside. Sieve together wheat flour and baking soda and keep aside. Eggless Chocolate Cake

       I baked this cake for my Birthday to share with my friends.... My friends loved this super moist egg-less cake.       My hubby surprised me with lovely bunch of flowers & chocolates.... Thank you dear for the same... Ingredients All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1 and 1/2 cups (150 gms) Coco Powder - 1/2 cup (50 gms) Thick Curd - 1 cup (250 ml) Powdered  Sugar - 1 cup (200 gms) Baking soda - 1/2 tsp Baking powder - 1 tsp Butter - 100 gms (in room temp:) Vanilla essence - 1 tsp Preparation Method Sieve together maida and coco powder twice and keep aside. Cream sugar and curd until sugar completely dissolves.  Add baking powder, baking soda to the curd mixture and mix well. Leave aside for 5 mins and you can see the bubbles appearing. Now add vanilla essence,butter and mix well.  Now slowly add maida-coco powder mix in portions at a time and blend with wet ingredients.  Beat well with a blender / whi...

Marble Cake

Ingredients All purpose flour(Maida) - 1 1/2 cup Baking powder - 1/2 tsp Eggs - 2 nos Sugar - 3/4 cup Melted butter - 3/4 cup Salt - A pinch Milkmaid - 4 tbsp(optional) Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp Milk - as required Preparation Method Beat the eggs using a hand held electric mixer in a large bowl. (Use glass bowl for more soft cake) Add sugar, butter and milk maid and mix at the lowest speed again for a few mins. Mix together maida, baking powder and salt. Add maida little by little to the bowl and mix at a medium speed for 5 mins. Add essence, lemon juice and cardamom and mix for 1 more min. (Add milk, if required, to attain the ribbon like consistency). Take 1/3 of the batter into a separate bowl and add cocoa powder to the batter and mix with a spoon. Today, its the Birthday of my beloved Husband. Its lent time, so we are not using non-veg:.... So I decided to make an Eggless Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Frosting for him.... Ingredients Maida (all purpose flour) - 200 gms. (2cups) Butter or Ghee - 80 gms (less than 1/2 cup) Condensed Milk - 1 cup (200 gms) Milk - 1 cup (200 gms) Sugar - 100 gms. (powdered 1/2 cup) Baking Powder - 1 tsp Baking Soda - 3/4 tsp Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp Preparation Method Sieve maida, baking powder, soda all together two times and keep aside.  Melt the butter or ghee and powder the sugar. Take sugar, butter on a big glass bowl and beat them well for 2-3 mns:. Add condensed milk in the mixture and beat it again.  Keep on adding little little maida baking powder mix into the batter (lumps should not be formed while mixing it). Keep on adding milk to the mixture as per the requirement to get the right consistency.  Add vanilla essence and beat the batter for 2 mns:. Grease a baking pan and pour the batter to the pan.
