Beef Lasagna

Beef Lasagna is prepared by layering rich beef sauce, creamy white sauce and grated mozzarella cheese over the lasagna sheets.  Ingredients Lasagna Sheets - 9-12 nos: (depending on the tray size) Minced Beef - 750 gms: Olive Oil - 3 tbsp Onion - 1 (finely chopped) Garlic (finely chopped) -  1 tbsp Carrot (finely chopped) - 1 cup (optional) Crushed Tomato - 400 gms Tomato Ketchup - 3 tbsp Black Pepper Powder - 1 tbsp Oregano Seasoning - 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning - 1 tbsp Red Wine - 2 tbsp (optional) Sugar - 1-3 tbsp Salt - as required Butter - 50 gms: All Purpose Flour - 50 gms: Milk - 500 ml Grated Parmesan Cheese - 100 gms: Mozzarella Cheese  - 200 gms: Chopped Parsley -  2 tbsp  Preparation Method In a thick bottom pan heat oil; add garlic, onion, carrot and saute till onion become translucent. Classic Tiramisu

Classic Tiramisu is a coffee-flavored Italian dessert contains egg and rum. This is an easy to make and no-fail dessert recipe. Click here for No-Egg, No-Alcohol version of Tiramisu. Ingredients Sponge Fingers - 200 gms: (approximately 24 nos:) Mascarpone Cheese - 500 gms: Whipped Cream - 500 ml Egg Yolk - 5 nos: Caster Sugar - 10 tbsp Rum - 2 tbsp Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp Coffee Powder - 3 tbsp Hot Water - 1 cup Coco Powder - 2 tbsp Preparation Method Take hot water in a wide bottom bowl, add coffee powder and 3tbsp sugar; mix well till the sugar and coffee powder dissolved completely, and keep aside to cool down. Once the coffee is cooled down add 1tbsp rum, mix well and keep aside. Take egg yolks in a large glass bowl and break with a whisk. Add 5tbsp sugar and mix well. Boil water in a deep pan and place the bowl over that, make sure that the bowl is not touching the water. Tiramisu (No-Egg, No-Alcohol)

Tiramisu is a coffee- flavored  Italian dessert. Classic tiramisu contains egg and rum. But this one I prepared without using egg and rum. This is an easy to make and no-fail dessert recipe. Ingredients Sponge Fingers - 200 gms: (approximately 24 nos:) Mascarpone Cheese - 250 gms: Whipped Cream - 500 ml Caster Sugar - 8 tbsp Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp Coffee Powder - 2 tbsp Hot Water - 1 cup Coco Powder - 2 tbsp Preparation Method Take hot water in a wide bottom bowl, add coffee powder and 3 tbsp sugar; mix well till the sugar and coffee powder dissolved completely, and keep aside to cool down. Add mascarpone cheese and whipped cream to large chilled glass bowl and beat by gradually adding 5 tbsp sugar till  cream and mascarpone have completely combined and have the consistency of thickly whipped cream. Pasta in White Sauce

Ingredients Pasta - 250 gms: Butter - 2 tbsp Maida - 2 tsp Milk - 250 ml Grated Cheese - 50 gms: Onion - 2 tbsp (finely chopped) Garlic - 1 tsp (finely chopped) Pasta Mix - 1 tbsp Pepper Powder - 1 tsp Salt - as required Vegetables (optional) - 1/2 cup (finely chopped and cooked) Preparation Method Cook pasta as per the instructions in the packet, strain and keep aside. In a thick bottom wok, heat butter in low flame; saute onion and garlic. Add maida and saute for 1 min:. Add milk and cheese; stir continuosuly. Make sure that no lumps are formed. Once the white sauce starts to thicken add pasta mix, pepper powder, cooked vegetables and pasta and mix well. Adjust salt and cook for 2mins: Pasta in White Sauce is ready to enjoy. Notes:  If sauce become thick, add more milk and boil in low flame. While cooking pasta, if you add salt and 2tbsp oil to the water the pasta will not stick to each other.

Creamy Tomato Pasta

Ingredients Pasta - 250 gm: Tomato - 5 nos: (pureed) Garlic - 1 pod (cleaned & sliced) Onion - 1 small (finely chopped) Cheese - 100 gm: (grated) Fresh Cream - 5 tbsp Pepper Powder - 2 tsp Dried Oregano - 1 tbsp Olive Oil - 4-5 tbsp Salt - as required Preparation Method Cook pasta as per the packet instruction and keep aside to drain excess water. In a wok bring oil to heat and saute garlic. When the garlic starts to change color add onion and saute till onion become translucent. In low flame add tomato puree and saute till oil separates. Add in cooked pasta and mix well so that the pasta get covered in tomato puree. Add in pepper powder, oregano and salt, mix well and cook for 4-5 mins: in low flame. Add fresh cream and mix well. In the top, add grated cheese, keep the lid closed and cook  in low flame till the cheese starts to melt. Once cheese starts to melt, remove pasta from flame and mix well.
