Stuffed Chicken Rolls

  Ingredients All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 2 cups Sugar - 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter (in room temperature) - 3 tbsp Lukewarm Water -1/2 cup to 3/4 cup (as required) Active Dry Yeast - 1 tsp Boneless Chicken - 250 gms: Onion - 1 (finely chopped) Ginger - 1 tsp (finely chopped) Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder - 1 tsp Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp Soy Sauce - 1 tsp Grated Cheese - 3 tbsp (optional) Salt - as required Oil - 3 tbsp Preparation Method Add sugar and yeast to 1/4 cup lukewarm water; mix well and set aside for 10-15 mins or till the yeast start to bubble. Take flour in large bowl, add pinch of salt and combine. Add yeast mix to the flour and combine well. Knead well till a smooth dough is formed by adding more lukewarm water (dough should be bit loose than chappathi dough). Oven Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients Pork Chops - 6 nos: Soy Sauce - 3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp Vinegar - 2 tbsp Brown Sugar - 1 tbsp Garlic (crushed) - 1 tsp Paprika Powder - 2 tsp Crushed Pepper - 1 tsp Olive Oil - 1 tbsp Preparation Method In a  bowl mix together all ingredients except pork. Slather both the sides of the pork with the marinate mix and refrigerate the pork chops for 3-4 hours. Pre-heat the oven to 220 degree C (fan mode) for 10 mins. Place pork on tray and bake for 45 minutes at 220 degree C (fan mode).  Take out the tray from oven and cover with aluminum foil and rest for 10 mins: Brush the remaining marinade or the juice in the baked tray on both sides of the pork chops and broil for 8-10 mins: (till it become caramelized). Serve the Oven Baked Pork Chops with sautéed vegetables and rice or mashed potatoes as a complete meal.

Fish and chips can be considered as a complete meal consisting of fried fish in batter, served with chips. Thich fish fillets without bones are ideal for making this meals. You can serve 2 adults with the measurements given below. Grilled Fish with Sautéed Vegetables can be enjoyed as a complete healthy meal. As we are not using oil and spices it can be enjoyed by family members of any age group. Ingredients Whole Fish (Sea Bass or Sea Bream) - 2 medium size  Ginger - Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp Crushed Pepper - 3 tbsp Lemon - 1 big (cut into round slices) Tomato - 1 big (cut into round slices) Mix Vegetables (Carrot, Beans, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Asparagus, Onion) - 2 cups Butter - 1 tbsp Salt - as required Preparation Method Clean the fish and pat dry with a kitchen towel to remove excess water.
