Potato Wedges

Ingredients Potato - 3 (large size) Olive Oil - 2 tbsp Garlic (crushed) - 1 tsp Rosemary - 1 tsp Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Salt - as required Grated Cheese - 2 tbsp (optional) Preparation Method Wash and clean potatoes and pat dry. Cut each potato into 8-10 wedges and place in warm water for 10 mins: Remove the potatoes from warm water, place in a kitchen towel, and pat dry. In a large mixing bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and chilli powder. Add the potato wedges to the mix, combine well, and keep aside for 10-15 mins: Pre-heat the oven at 200 degrees C for 10 mins: Line a baking tray with butter paper and arrange the wedges in the tray. Bake the wedges for about 50-55 mins, flipping half-way. Remove the wedges from the oven when it starts to turn to golden in color. Dates-Walnut Cake

Ingredients Dates - 15-20 (de-seeded) Walnut - 15-20 All-purpose flour (Maida) - 1 1/2 cups Baking powder - 1/2 tsp Baking Soda - a pinch Eggs - 2 nos Sugar - 3/4 cup Unsalted butter (in room temperature) - 100gm Salt - a pinch Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp Preparation Method Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees Celsius). Grease the baking tray with butter and dust with maida. Finely chop the dates and walnuts and keep aside. Sieve together maida, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and keep aside.
