Paneer Pizza

Let's make Paneer Pizza from the home-made Pizza Base.  Click Here for the step-by-step Pizza Base Recipe. Ingredients Pizza Base Dough - for 2 medium-sized Pizza  Pizza Sauce - 4 tbsp Grate Pizza Cheese - 100 gms: Oregano - 2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes - 2 tsp Olives - 3 or 4 (cut into half) Onion - 1 (sliced) Tomato - 1 (sliced) Paneer - 100 gms (cut into cubes) Salt - as required Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Preparation Method Marinate the paneer cubes with salt, red chili powder and keep aside for 10-15 mins: Preheat the oven at 180degree for 10 mins: Apply some oil on the baking tray and using your palm and fingers gently roll the dough to circle shape. Tuck the sides of the dough, so that the edges become thick and pizza toppings will not fall out of the base. Prick the dough with a fork. Pizza Base Recipe

Here is the step by step procedure that I follow to prepare the pizza base. With the measurement given below, you can bake 2 medium-sized regular crust pizza. Ingredients Luke Warm Water - 1 cup Active Dry Yeast - 2 tsp Sugar - 2 tsp All-purpose Flour / Maida - 2 cups Milk Powder - 2 tbsp (optional) Salt -  1/2 tsp Olive Oil - 1/4 cup Preparation Method Take 1/2 cup lukewarm water in a large glass bowl. Add yeast, sugar; mix well, keep the lid closed and keep aside for 10-15 mins.  After 10-15 mins: (depending on the climatic conditions and quality of yeast) the water froth. Add maida, milk powder, salt; mix well; add 1/2 cup lukewarm water and kneed well. The dough will be sticky and loose; knead for about 10 mins: and the dough becomes soft and smooth. Chocolate-Strawberry Pudding

Chocolate and Strawberry is a brilliant combination for dessert. Chocolate-Strawberry Pudding is a sweet and sour, creamy, and smooth dessert. Ingredients For Strawberry Layer Strawberry - 250 gms: Sugar - 200 gms: Gelatin / Agar-agar - 1 tbsp Cold Water - 1/4 cup For Chocolate Layer Milk - 100 ml Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsp Milk Chocolate -  100 gms: (grated) Sugar - 100 gms: Fresh Cream - 100 ml Gelatin / Agar-agar - 1 tbsp Cold Water - 1/4 cup Preparation Method Strawberry Layer Soak gelatin/agar-agar in cold water and keep aside. Put the strawberries into a saucepan and crush with a wooden spoon. Add sugar to the strawberry and bring it to boil. Chocolate - Vanilla Pudding

Chocolate-Vanilla Pudding is a sweet, creamy, and smooth dessert. Ingredients For  Vanilla Layer Milk - 250 ml: Sugar - 100 gms: Fresh Cream - 100 ml Vanilla Essence - 2 tsp Gelatin / Agar-agar - 1 tbsp Cold Water - 1/2 cup For Chocolate Layer Milk - 250 ml Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsp Milk Chocolate -  100 gms: (grated) Sugar - 50 gms: Fresh Cream - 100 ml Gelatin / Agar-agar - 2 tbsp Cold Water - 1/2 cup Preparation Method Vanilla Layer Soak gelatin/agar-agar in cold water and keep aside. Boil milk and sugar. Add soaked gelatin/agar-agar and mix well till it dissolves completely. Remove from flame; add fresh cream, vanilla essence, and mix without lumps. Strain and transfer the content to the pudding tray. Banana-Aval Payasam

Ingredients Banana Nendran (ripe) - 2 nos: Aval / Beaten Rice / Poha - 1/2 cup Ghee - 3-4 tbsp Cashew Nuts - 2 tbsp Raisins - 2 tbsp Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp Sugar - 5-6 tbsp Milk - 500 ml Preparation Method In a pan, heat 2-3 tbsp ghee and roast cashew nuts and raisins in low flame. Remove the cashew nuts and raisins from ghee and keep aside. Add Aval to the pan and roast till it becomes crispy. Remove the Aval from pan and keep aside. Heat 2-3 tbsp ghee in the pan and fry the banana till it becomes golden brown in color. Add Aval and 1/2 cup water and cook till Aval becomes soft. Add milk, stir well and cook in low flame for 8-10 mins: (till the Aval cook properly). Add sugar and mix well. Cook till sugar dissolve completely. Adjust the sweetness as per your taste.
